Challenge Scale

I was reading about critical thinking in nursing. There is the word "challenge"- no surprise, but the very moment, I realized, it is not that challenging to me, not any more, since long ago. Not in the sense of bedside clinical nursing.

On a 0 to 10 the challenge scale, what is challenging to me now?

Clinical student teaching and supervision: from 9 last year, now, 4 ? Sometimes 3. But I know, and I am confident that, I am getting there.

Classroom teaching, from 10 last year, to now, 6? Sometimes 5, or 4. And I know, too, I am collecting, magics, it needs time to do it. Practices make perfect, so say they. Truth.
